Kingston Technologies 1GB DDR2 SDRAM Notebook Memory (KVR533D2SO/1GR)
KGT KVR533D2SO1GR
• PC2-4200
• SODIMM
Will this actually make my computer faster? I have currently 1gb at 667Mhz but this one is 533 Mhz i think. I am thinking of purchasing it since I have a gift certificate at the store. Any help is greatly apppreciated! Thanks!

You might also want to stay away from their "Value" ram, seems a few people have reported problems with it.

Why not just get from this guy:
http://cgi.ebay.com/IBM-Thinkpad-T60-Ne ... dZViewItem
I have never purchased from this person, but the feedback is 99.9% positive and this stick is specified to be compatible with the T60. Searching for "1GB" and "T60" gives you several other sources on eBay.

not sure what the ebay link will give but in my experience with the T60 and memory, you want really good branded memory with the ability to return it if it does not work..
the T60, at least those that were purchased a few months ago, tends to be critical of memory economy memory..
a word to the wise..
your mileage may vary..
