ATI FireGL 5200V and 3DSMax = freeze

Any1 here running 3DSMax (7.0) on T60p (FireGL 5200V) ?
If I use OpenGL drivers - machine just freezes after
some basic 3DSMax activity. With Direct3D it works fine.

I'm using ATI driver 8.241.1.0

Is there anything that needs to be configured in Catalyst Center.

In the catalyst control centre did you set your profile to 3ds max?

Have you tried using the Omega Drivers?
