I have a problem here, I´m trying to set up dual monitors but I want to use the external monitor as primary but when I selected the boxes "Using as primary monitor" and "Extending Desktop" doesnt work, also I was trying to find the option in the BIOS menu to "Set the external display as primary" but I couldn´t find it.
Where I can found that option???

If you're using a dock, then the setting is in the BIOS to use the PCI-express card as the primary monitor. While booting, hold down F1, go into the BIOS, select Config, Display, Boot Display Device and change "Internal" to "PCI-express".
If you're not using a dock and your external display is attached to a VGA, first press F7 until you have an image only on the internal display. Then, you should be able to use Display Properties->Settings to set monitor #2 as the primary monitor.
If neither of those work for you, press Advanced in the Display Properties Settings screen and launch Catalyst Control Center. On the left, click on Information Center->Displays Manager and configure your screens there. Note that you may need to right-click on the pictures of the displays to select your settings.

well on my t60p, it's in the ati software. I think it's called swap display order, once you made the external as primary you can also turn off the notebook display.

Thanks for your help, I already received the answer....
Go to Intel Graphics (it's a blue square icon at the bottom on the taskbar next to the clock).
Here you can change the monitor settings, instead of using the normal Windows display properties.
Note: This is only for a T60.
Thanks!

I didn't realize you had Intel GMA graphics. I should have asked...
