Are there any ultrabay module cases?

I've got an ultrabay battery, HD adapter and CD/DVD. I worry a bit about damaging them when in my bags or just laying around. Does anyone know where I could get a case for them? I may just make my own. On the Lenovo site, there is a photo of a small black case in the background but I can't find one for sale anywhere. The main one I want to protect is my HD Adapter Module.

Any ideas for making one? I may have to dust off the sewing maching and get some padded vinyl and velcro and make a few but thought I'd check first.

Thanks! I didn't see the post you linked when I searched.
Basically, they state my best bet is on ebay but it could get pricey.
the FRU # is 05K4562 and is no longer carried by Lenovo.
Someone suggested a CD case with the CD sleeves removed. I might give that a try.

I want to see if they will hold two slim modules which would be perfect. Look pretty durable too.
