Verizon wireless 24 hour day pass link..

I am having problems with vzaccess manager and have been using Access connections to connect to my broadband connection on my T60p. I need to get to the web page to sign-up for the 24 hour pass $15 a day. I can not find it on the verizon wireless website. Could anyone possibly post the link?
