T60P battery recharge proble

I customized T60P battery management not to recharge battery till below 10%, and not further recharge when completed 100%.
While after used battery only to around 70%, I pluged AC and found it's recharged to 100%, does anyone encounter such thing? Any addtional settings I could do to avoid that?
