Upgrading a T60 core solo to a duo?

Hi all,

wanted to see what the opinion was of the feasibility of upgrading the cpu on a T60 1951-A47 from a Core Solo to a Duo.

(Im)possible?

I'm pretty sure it's possible

You could even upgrade to a Core 2 Solo/Duo if you wanted (You'd need a BIOS upgrade however).

Core Solos are just Core Duos with one core permentantly disabled.
