Error 0X0000007E

1st blue screen yet. Any ideas? T60p, all up to date. Just had IBM exchange both 1GB RAM chips.
Checking the Stop Messages sites, I see:
0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

A system thread generated an exception which the error handler did not catch. There are numerous individual causes for this problem, including hardware incompatibility, a faulty device driver or system service, or some software issues. Check Event Viewer (EventVwr.msc) for additional information.
When I clicked on the MSN Article, it didn't exist, but I am sure you can go to the Microsoft Support site or Google, and find a context that fits your particular circumstances.
