Good / Bad experiences with the T2700 chip set?

I believe this is a education model if so what are the diffrences in a standard topseller program model?

Best not to get the CPU you are getting which is a Core Duo and instead get the more modern T7200 which is not only faster, but has 4 MB cache instead of 2 MB and can run 64-bit code.

I don't think there should be something wrong with the T2700 processor. But you may want to consider getting what you'll need the processor for. Also check if the price raise too much comparing the T7200 to the new Core 2 Duo platform processors
