I am finally ideling at a healthy 61 degrees with my fans at 2800 RPM. Just how it should have been for the last freaking five months. Thank you ATI for making my Laptop behave like it should and for making powerplay actually work. I swear I'm NEVER going to buy a laptop with built in ATI hardware again.

I'm pretty sure you'd have worse heat problems with nVidia.

1) Which card do you have? x1400/x1300 ?
2) 61° under 3D action or in idle mode?
3) how much ° did you have BEFORE you installed that driver?
(under the same conditions ofc)
4) how much % less does your fan now run?
5) which driver version did you have before/now?
Anyone else here who made the same experiences ?
thanks
OMG, incredible good news!!! :]
