Away Manager help

Hey,
Does anyone know if you can manually add a program to away manager? For example I made a cmd file that shuts down the computer. I want to add this on the list so i can make the computer defrag and then shutdown after its done. I don't really want to download another prgram just to shutdown computer. soooooo if anyone knows how to add a program it would be amazing.
