RMA T60p UXGA with 2 stuck, white pixel

Hey folks,
i got my brand new T60p UXGA 15" 4 days ago and found my display to have at least 2 very annoying stuck, white pixels in the lower part of the screen (still close enough to the middle to be annoying, we are not talking about corners here).
reading through other posts here i found people successfully returning/replacing the notebook with lenovo for even 1 stuck pixel. though i read through the official lenovo "dead pixel policy" which probably would NOT cover my 2 or 3 pixels, which kinda show up as a diagonal, very short white line.
anyways, what do you guys think ... do i have a chance of getting my display replaced? i cannot return my notebook to the dealer, because it was bought in switzerland (i am located in germany), in an online shop and they do NOT offer a return policy over there. so my only option is to go for the lenovo warranty. i read about that 30 days NQA policy from lenovo. is this a US only policy, or does lenovo take back/exchange notebooks worldwide under that policy? as i said, i have mine for 4 days now, so plenty of time left of those 30 days, if that policy exists over here ...
anyways, i won't stick with this. paying over 2500€ for a thinkpad with a defective display (i really don't care what those pixel policies are all about) is not acceptable in my eyes ... worst case: i'll sell it on ebay.
