T60 Security screw defect?

hello folks, I cannot seem to get my security screw to lock my cd/rw drive in at all. It looks as if it it wasn't made for the hole and doesn't fix into anything - ?
Can any other T60 users try to lock their cd drive in with the hex screw included in the thinkpad box?
