Hitachi drive and the Feature Tool

I have the 7k100 in my T60P and when I ran the feature tool, it listed DMA mode 5 for ATA100. Aren't these drives ATA150??

the drive could be ATA150, but if the controller doesn't support ATA150, then you get the max of the controller.
