wwan confusion on shop.lenovo.com

goto: http://www.pc.ibm.com/us/notebooks/thin ... index.html
this will redirect to shop.lenovo.com
there are four possible columns you can start in, choose 'Customize & buy' in the left most column that says 'ThinkPad T60 14-inch with Bluetooth'.
scroll down to the 'System graphics' section and notice the three choices (pay particular attention to the "w/o WWAN" string):
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 w/o WWAN
ATI Mobility Radeon X1300 64MB w/o WWAN
ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 128MB
now go back to: http://www.pc.ibm.com/us/notebooks/thin ... index.html
this time choose 'Customize & buy' in the right-most column that says 'ThinkPad T60 with Wireless Wide Area Network'
scroll down to the 'System graphics' section and notice the two choices:
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950
ATI Mobility Radeon X1300 64MB
so, i'm left to surmise that whether or not the wwan feature is included with a t60 is somewhat arbitrary and dependent on what 'base unit' you being customizing at shop.lenovo.com
any help in clearing my confusion would be very appreciated.
