T60P Mono Audio Line-In/Mic In Cheap Good Options

So I used to ues my T42p for pumping an external audio source, either a tape deck or stereo output.. into the laptop for digitizing some old music of mine.. either vinyl or casettes.

Now I realize the T60p's audio input is sub par for this task.

I am looking for a cheap way to get a good stereo audio input into this machine such that I can record from the source.
