Hard drive rails, covers for HD

Has anyone had any success in getting the parts for the rubber rails and if there is a metal shield for the HD to go in the Main HD bay? This would be nice to have to swap into another OS. I have considered the Ultrabay SATA Carrier also, however in reading on this site, it sounds as though the process is cumbersome.
Thanks.

I recently bought from IBM a second 100g SATA disk for my T60, together with the Multibay adapter.

Surprise: the disk came with a pair of rubber rails and a metal shield, so you can put it either in the adapter or in the main HD bay without any hassle (you can leave the metal shield always on it, both for main bay and Multibay).

I sometimes get the caddies + rails in with drives that I purchase and resell.

Keep an eye on the marketplace forum, if I have extras I put them FS there.

Well, for reference, I usually sell them for $6. Shipped.
