FN-keys don't work

I have a t60p running xp. For some reason the FN-F? keys dont work. I have to manuall start Presentation director to change from my lcd display to monitor. My old thinkpad would show in green text/graphics when I did FN-F4 for suspend, and FN-F7 for monitor. None of the FN-F? keys work. Not even the display brightness. I have look at the power settings, Thinkpad config and cannot find how to turn this on/off.

Help anyone?

Time to call Lenovo tech support. This may require a keyboard replacement (which you can do yourself) or a RMA.
