ibmtools folder

i see these 3 folders in the hd
IBMSHARE
IBMTOOLS
IBMWORK

looks like the tools folder is all i need to reinstall windows with a xp install cd? include drivers, apps etc?
so what is the remaining two?
i want to burn it to cd and delete them... i am running out of space.
