Bad video adapter on my T60 2623D6U?? (link to video)

I'm hoping some experts out there can chime on in the latest problem I'm having with my 2623D6U. the video below shows an area on the right side of the dialog box with pixels that are pulsating and generally darker in color.

I already performed a full factory restore, updated all drivers, and even updated the BIOS to 2.07. any ideas?

try to downlevel to 2.03 and check if it sill happen.
