CDRW/DVD-Rom drive in new T60

I press the button on the drive and the tray comes out an inch or two and I have to pull it out the rest of the way in order to install a disk. I then have to manually shove the tray back in. Is this normal?TIA.

Heheh yes they do, and so do all slimline drives, like those found on servers. It's how they get them so thin :D
