What is \Lenovo\MemMon.exe?

I am trying to trim out a bunch of startup programs, and this is one that I cannot find out any information about anywhere.
Would appreciate some assistance.

I just search my entire T60's hard drive for that file but I don't have it. Have you tried right-clicking on it, selecting "Properties" and see if you can find out anything about it?

Yeah - not much there. Says the file's "original file name" and "internal name" is tdencypt.exe. (not a spelling error).
Can't find anything on it either.
Since it resides in a ...\ ...\Lenovo directory, I assumed it was something that was installed with my unit.
