True Image USB Flash Disk Boot - Missing Operating System

For all you TI users out there...
Is anyone able to get a USB Flash drive created using the True Image Workstation 9.1 Acronis Bootable Rescue Media Builder to successfully boot on a T60?
I've tried repeatedly with multipe USB Flash drives, but no luck.
Aside from the Flash drive being totally ignored by the T60, about the only error message that shows up is "Missing operating system" even when all the other bootable devices are disabled in CMOS.
FWIW, the T60's BIOS is the latest 2.07 version.
