has anyone loaded office 2007 and been able to scroll using UltraNav mousepad on a T60.

I doubt the problem is specific to the T60 but have not found anything on google.

all suggestions welcome.

I have Office 2k7, and scrolling works just dandy. You might want to look into installing the Synaptics drivers off the Synaptics website.

it's not a problem with scrolling, per se. it's a problem scrolling using the middle button on the trackpoint. it doesn't work for me either.

If it's like the scrolling problem with Opera 9.x, you can launch the UltraNav Wizard and modify the Center Button Settings > Scrolling > Advanced > change from Standard to Smooth. The Smooth setting works in Opera 9.x, where the default Standard setting does not.

Scrolling with ultranav at "standard" doesn't work here for an e-mail itselves, it does for the mail list.
Scrolling with ultranav at "smooth" does work, but then it doesn't work anymore for windows explorer. The same for "automatic".

Well, I like the standard scrolling...I have had problems since office 2007 1st beta...

I've not installed the synaptics drivers from the synapitics site though.

It appears to be a problem with the Synaptics driver setup. for a solution of the problem see the following URL and be sure to read the comments in addition to the original post.
