Can someone help me out? (Unknown Device)

After installed my copy of XP Pro on mine and my dad's laptop, we both have an unknown device in the device manager. I have no idea what it is, so I was hoping someone could look at my screen, compare it to theirs and tell me what we're missing. Thanks!

Not 100% positive but I believe if you don't need the security chip and disable it in the bios you will not have to install the driver to get rid of the unknown device in device manager.
