A stupid question about 15.1' T60p

#1 Post by bin.dong » Thu Jan 04, 2007 9:00 pm

The 15.1 inch model T60p is only available on IBM website? I recently wanna buy one, but I couldn't find any local computer stores have this model, instead, they all have 15.4 " ones. I was wondering ... ...

I've never seen a 15" (4:3 aspect) in a retail store. Doesn't mean they aren't there, but I haven't seen any.

Lenovo's web site, or other on-line retailers like Euclid, are probably the best way to buy a new one.

I don't wanna order one online because I wanna see it and feel it before I buy it. But... ...I don't have this chance at all, I checked several online computer stores, they don't have 15.1" one.

The 15.1" 4:3 models are not sold in large quantities, so you will probably never find one in store.

If you lived near me you could come by, but I doubt that is an option.

In Ontario Canada the 15.1" T60 is available for viewing in some Costco stores. They have the 1953dau model on display. Perhaps in B.C. Costco they are there also. Call them up and ask if they have product number 123060. Good luck. I checked them out last night :D . It is a 15.1" xga screen but... you get the picture.
