T60p with Setpoint 3.15 and MX5000 BT Desktop Combo

I've got a T60p in a docking station. I want to use my old desktop's Logitech MX 5000 BT desktop keyboard and mouse set, and I want to do it through the Thinkpad's integrated Bluetooth.
Right now, I've got both devices paired. I'm using Setpoint 2.60, keyboard software only, and the keyboard works fine. The mouse, however, is a disaster. It works great for 20 seconds, then goes choppy, then dies, then comes back and works great, then goes choppy, etc. This is true whether or not I have the Setpoint mouse software installed. BT device manager shows the mouse as connected.
I did a little surfing on the Logitech forums and found that there's a new version of Setpoint for Bluetooth out there--3.15--that isn't the same as what you can download from the main support page for the MX5000. Has anybody tried version 3.15 with the integrated Bluetooth on a T60 (or, for that matter, any other T series)?
