T60 Memory Timing Help Needed

I have an original Lenovo PC2-5300 1GB stick with Samsung chpis in my T60 2006-67U
The memory timing reported by CPU-Z 1.38 is 5-5-5-13-21 and operate at 332.5MHz

What I would like to know is what other chips and timings do you all have
Maybe we can even start a list of database to help each other out for future memory upgrade

Those are industry standard CL5 memory chips.

Just get any DDR2 PC2-5300 CL5 and they will match up perfectly.
