Pro/Engineer 3D control

Anyone knows how to control the Pro/Engineer 3D model by
the red track point??

You need to change the mouse control from standard or auto-select to "smooth" for the middle blue button via the mouse settings in control panel.
This should allow you to spin the model and zoom in zoom out etc ..
