Wondering if its a network card problem. Outlook on my other machine never hangs. Reinstall Office? Uninstall Wireless Drivers?

Try repairing Office (before reinstalling). After that, hook up with a wire before concluding the wireless is bad. ... JD Hurst

Make sure that you DO NOT have two NIC's enabled at the same time; as Outlook tends to get "lost" on what connection to use and will hang...

This is a COMMON occurence with executives using WiFi and then connecting/docking (via internal NIC) at the office while their WiFi is still enabled

I keep forgetting that, which is why Access Connections is *so* nice. Properly set up, that problem *never* occurs.

Sounds like a topic for the Exchange newsgroup at Microsoft. There are a lot of variables , but you don't provide nearly enough information about your configuration and those variables in your post (e.g. firewall configuration, Outlook and Exchange versions involved, direct LAN connection vs. Outlook via http/https, offline Outlook folder vs. Exchange only, error messages or status indicators when Outlook "hangs", Exchange policy settings, whether the mailbox size is at or near the allowable limit, etc...)
