Volume Display Indicator Bars on T60

This may sound a bit silly, but somehow i lost the volume control bars which display on screen (green bars) when changing the laptop volume via the vol buttons - and cant seem to figure out how to get them back
Could someone tell me how to enable those green bars back?

Display Properties -> Advanced -> On Screen Display
Make sure that "On-screen display" is checked

I have an Idea...
- Try going to right-click desktop, then settings and advanced.
- Then click the "On Screen Display" tab (It has a laptop picture next to it).
- Check to see if the on-screen display thing is checked
- Ta Da! maybe that will fix it
