How can I do hard disk partition on T60?

I just received my new T60. Could anyone tell me how I can do hard disk partition? I think I need to reinstall Windows XP, but how I can do it since I didn't get Windows XP CD.

Most people around here lean towards using Acronis for doing HD partitions, etc.

If you just received your T60, why do you need to restore Windows XP? If your ThinkVantage partition is still intact, you should be able to use it to restore your primary partition to factory config.
