Future T60 Widescreen 14"?

Do you think this computer will ever be released? Also, what are the chances of the T60 line every including built in cameras and microphones?

T60 (and every thinkpad for that matter) does have a microphone now. I don't see future thinkpad T series having a webcam (security issues) - the Z series has them.

I would like to know too. If they ever release a 14" widescreen T series with 1680x1050 that weighs less than 5 lbs, I would trade my T60 for it in a heartbeat.

Add in a card reader and I would order it tonight. Been waiting for just this machine.

All that sounds wonderful, I hope lenovo is listening. I was hoping they make the touchpad alittle bigger on the T60, compared to the T4x.

The Z series is heavily rumored to be discontinued soon, and the introduction of 14" widescreen T series is going to contribute to it. I just wish Lenovo would stop keeping important features present in other series away from the T series (firewire, card readers, webcams too). A business notebook with a webcam is not outrageous.

I fully agree with you i would like a card reader a webcam and S-video
