Power Management, LCD shut off, screen saver?

Has anyone had problems with the screen saver coming on, then the LCD not shutting off when you are using a bluetooth mouse?

If I turn off the bluetooth mouse then it all works as it should. If I use the bluetooth mouse then the screen won't activate the screen saver, and it will never shut off the LCD. I also noticed that when I turn off the LCD using Fn+F3, it turns on right away after 2 seconds and the PC never goes into any kind of power save mode.

Is the bluetooth connection somehow preventing the machine going into sleep moce?
