I have a few questions about the ThinkPad T60p middle mouse button.

1) Many applications don't recognize the ThinkPad scroll feature (the default)

Works in:

• A) Firefox
  B) Windows Explorer

Doesn't work in:

• A) OpenOffice
  B) Gaim
  C) GIMP

yes, I'm an open-source junkie!

2) For some reason, games do not recognize the middle mouse button as such (even when I set it to neither in the mouse properties section).

Okay - I'll bite. What is MMB?

Middle mouse button.

If you set scroll to Smooth, it usually works in most applications. I do not like the behavior though.
