Do some T60 comes with secure chip but no fingerprint reader? I checked my laptop and can't find the [censored] reader. Model is 2007-66u.

No fingerprint reader for that model; but it does come with a secure chip.

The secure chip also known as the tpm performs various security function. Atmel makes the secure chip in the T60's. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trusted_Platform_Module

Note that the fingerprint reader does not require the TPM.

It is also used with ThinkVantage Client Security Solution software and with Rescue and Recovery.
