DVD+R problems

it's been a while since my last post, because of classes I am taking really busy, but as the subject suggests specifically, I can write to the cd, but no other drive can read any cd I have burn using my dvd burner, so any suggestion as to why this is happening is welcome

Does the drive support bitsetting? If so, did you set the booktype on the DVD+R disk to DVD-ROM?

The title of your thread is DVD+R problems but you mention burning a CD. A bit more information would be helpful. Exactly what type of disc are you having trouble burning and then reading from on another computer. CD-R/RW, DVD-R/RW, or DVD+R/RW? If your problem is with DVD+R discs as in your thread title, what happens if you burn to DVD-R or CD-R discs? What software do you use to burn your disc's?
