SATA HD housing and rails....purchase?

Where can i buy the rubber rails and cage that goes around the HD in the t60p? I bought another Hard Drive, and when i swap them, it would be nice not to have to undo the cage 4 screws etc everytime. Suggestions on where to get the parts?
