Temperature of T60?

My T60 is running consistently at 60C while performing graphic intensive applications and I am wondering if this is damaging at all to the notebook. I also play World of Warcraft quite a bit. Should I be concerned and look into a cooling plate or just continue doing what I've been doing?
The specs on my system are Core 2 duo, 1 gig ram, ATI X1400 with 128 mb ram, and 7200 rpm hd.

It's normal for the CPU to reach 60C at load. You should take a look at your GPU temp, if your laptop is stable there's nothing to worry about

how do you guys check the operating temp of the CPU ?
Is there an application already installed to view this in the T60P?

You can download and run mobmeter. It's a very compact program:

You can also try speedfan(google it). Also I download mobmeter. I turn both on and they both have different temps/numbers. What is the deal??

You can use Notebook Hardare Control (NHC) - great program and uses very little memory:

Make sure that you download and install the patch for Core duo and core 2 duo.
