T60p lid problem

Just got my T60p 15 WS today. Everything is good except the lid seems too loose. When I close the top, the computer hibernates or stands by w/o problem. But I can still move the cover front up and down quite a bit, much looser than my previous T23 and T42. Anyone experienced this problem? Any resolution? Thanks.

That is not normal at all. Contact Lenovo for exchange.

Now I know it is the sliding latch that causes the problem. IBM can repair it w/ new parts. Will call sales to see if they can give an exchange.
