2GB, single stick - possible (Kingston KTA-MB667/2G) ?

I was wondering if anyone know whether the following module is supported by a Thinkpad T60p ?
Actually I was thinking about buying two modules for a total of 4 GB, however from what I can see, it is not possible to allocate more than 3,6 gb due to some constrains in the 945 chipset (?).
I use Linux, and are not bound to those software limitations that Win XP 32bit has..
Any help will be appreciated
