T60 hard drive upgrade

I would like to upgrade my HD to a 7200 rpm one, and I understand HOW to do this.

My newbie, uneducated problem is that when looking at the websites of various vendors for a drive, there are so many options and specs that I have a popsicle headache.

Can someone post a link directly to a drive with the correct specs? I know this has been done before, but using the search function has been frustrating.
Thanks

PS: I guess I'm looking for either a Hitachi or Seagate 100GB 7200 rpm drive.

prices vary from vendor to vendor and day to day..

there are larger capacity drives but the rotational speed is only 5400RPM..

Seagate 100/7200 sata http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6822146226

Hitachi 100/7200 sata http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6822146053

Some prefer the Hitachi for it's very slight performance edge others prefer the seagate for it's 5 year warrantee and superior exchange policy. Both are excellent and real world performance is vitually identical. I like them both. Right now the seagate price is excellent. I suspect seagate is about to announce availability of a higher capacity 160gb 7200rpm 2.5 drive.

Keep your eyes out for the new seagate 7200 perpendicular sata hdds, which should be coming out shortly. Ive noticed that a lot of seagates have been selling out from some major online retailers that Ive normally used in the past, and all the merchants told me that backorders were not available for the items. On the other hand, I enjoy using the 5400.3 perpendicular sata for my thinkpad because it is much more batter friendly than the 7200 non perpendicular, while achieving similar, performance.

Availability of 200GB drives?

Was wondering if there has been any date/timeframe on the Hitachi 7200 rpm 200GB SATA drives? Thanks!
