Wireless Radio won't "turn on"

OK, so my wireless was working just fine - I installed some Logitech software/webcam and my wireless died on me.

I have tried flipping the switch off and on and nothing works. I have gone into the BIOS and it shows it as enabled - I have disabled and re-enabled (w/ restarts, etc...), and when I open Access Connections it shows that the wireless radio is off - but clicking the button to turn it on does nothing. Also, the status light shows that it's working...

So, what gives? Status light and, switch, and BIOS say it's working - Access Connections and real-life experience prove otherwise.

Any ideas on what to do here?

You have a common "glitch" in the software which can be resolved only by uninstalling and reinstalling all the following:

- Hot-Key (Fn-F5) driver (will ask you to uninstall 2 other items first)
- ThinkVantage Access Connections + profiles
- Power Manager
- Power Driver
- The wireless LAN card drivers (Intel or IBM, whichever you have)

Good luck!

Yea, I just got off the phone with IBM and was told the same thing...that really pisses me off. If it's common, they should fix it...wtf.
