my t60 came with 512m 667 ram, but found a good deal on 533 ram. Will 533 ram run noticably slow compare to same size 667 ram?

it depends on how you use your computer... but for most people, it won't make a difference.

It's more likely that you won't actually notice the difference, I had a similar situation with my r52 and was just happy to have more ram installed, for what I do the clock speed was not relevent.

How good is "good"? Newegg has several 1GB 667MHz notebook RAM sticks for around $70. Unless the 533MHz RAM you found is much cheaper than $70, you should get a 667MHz stick from Newegg.
