My new T60 should be here tomorrow, but the guy I use to help me with any setups or issues is not available for awhile and I sure would like to get started using my new Thinkpad.

Can someone send me to link to get info for the initial setup and security procedures.

I want to burn a recovery disc before I load anything, but after that I need some help. My main concern is downloading the updates for Norton security utility w/o getting infected.

Any help is appreciated.

Press the ThinkVantage button while in Windows and you can learn a lot about your new T60.

Also you can read back through this conference, there are quite a few post's in reference to setting up a new machine and also a lot of opinions about what is useful and not (boy are there a lof of opionions)
