How to associate passwords with fingerprints?

#1 Post by gpvillamil » Tue Mar 27, 2007 5:33 pm

Once again, setting up a new T60p. Fingerprint reader works fine for power-on password. However, is there any way that I can set it up for managing other passwords?

The Security Center seems to have a Password Manager, but the Fingerprint software seems set up only to manage stored fingerprints.

I just got a T60 and asking some of the same questions. However, I have seen somewhere that it is possible to use the FP scanner as the password for all your sites. I just don't remember where I saw this. When you find out, please let me know.

Open Client Security Solution, select password manager, and then set preferences.
