New T60, How to go about making recovery disc?

I just got my new T60 today and I wanted to make a clean recovery disc before I loaded any programs. I thought I could find some info in ThinkVantage but could not find any. I'm new at this so any help is appreciated.
By the way...........love this site!!!

Sorry..........I should not have posted this here. Just noticed this is for Lenovo branded units. I will repost in a different forum.
