I haven't, but 1 of my friends got a tablet from them. He recommended it.
I always wonder how they can get Thinkpads for low costs, are they somewhat affiliated to Lenovo US?

I bought my T41p from Thinkpad world. The price was good and included a few upgrades (RAM, Intel 200BG). However the wrong hard drive came with the machine. I was supposed to receive a 60GB 7200RPM hard drive. Instead I received a 40GB 5400RPM one. It took about 2 weeks but to their credit they had IBM ship me the correct part. All I had to do was put the old HD back in the box, slap a pre-paid sticker on it and call for DHL pickup. Quite painless.

I believe they buy mainly off lease, customer returned machines in volume for a discount. Then toss in an extra stick of RAM and out the door it goes. The majority of their laptops come with a 6 month IBM warranty and a 3 year mack warranty. From what I understand the extended mack warranty is useless.

They are a reputable seller and I would purchase from them again. They were very receptive to my problem and worked with me from day 1 to resolve the issue.
