Free return shipping from Lenovo?

Hey, does anyone know how to get free return shipping with an unopened box from Lenovo? I called this morning, told CSR that I knew I would be unsatisfied with my Samsung screen, and wanted to exchange before even opening the box. She wasn't very sympathetic, and because the "error wasn't on Lenovo" shipping would be on me.... that's about $140!

So.... does anyone have any tips/hints for convincing Lenovo to send out a shipping label to me? I was maybe telling them that I wanted the IBM Wireless card when they really sent me the Intel.... don't know if they'll buy that or not though....
