New T60P with Vista Business - Where is Sonic Record Now?

#1 Post by ShadowRider » Tue Apr 10, 2007 4:53 pm

I just received my T60p last week and it has Windows Vista Buisness edition pre installed.

IBM/Lenovo tells me that this should have Sonic Record Now on it yet I can not find it anywhere. I have not de-installed anything.

Am I missing something?

What I want to do is burn a DVD .iso image to a new DVD and that is the program they say will do it. If there is something else that I should use instead, please let me know.

i am not 100% about t60 vista, but I am sure that sonic cd recording is not compatible with vista. maybe it's the reason they remove it. it's already better then my dell, in which vista warn me about sonic incompatibility. first boot out of the box LOL

RecordNow does not ship on ThinkPad T60's with Vista pre-installed.
To burn a .ISO image, try the free DeepBurner;
http://www.deepburner.com/?r=download
It is Vista compatible and quite good.
